  This place is a joke. If you are looking for professionalism, look elsewhere. Gordon constantly procrastinates. He doesn't keep set appointments and won't work if its 'too hot'. After being rescheduled 5 times in the last month, we finally had enough and went elsewhere. I was presented with the evaluation from the new, reputable dentist, today. The result? Thanks to Gordon Gray's negligence and constant cancellations over the last year, our daughter WILL HAVE TO have braces to correct her situation...He let it go too long...Had he pulled the teeth a year ago like he suggested AND we asked him to do, it would not have progressed to this. Thanks for nothing Gordon. I wish I knew then, what I know now. The horror stories are true. Don't be fooled by the ones he shows preferential treatment. I"m amazed your staff continues to put up with such unprofessionalism but, then again, thats the only good thing about his practice. They are so embarrassed when they have to constantly apologize for Gordons shortcomings. Shame on you Dr Gray....Karma will catch up to you.
